The streaming service announced Wednesday a three-year deal to broadcast the league’s Christmas Day games, marking a major milestone for Netflix, whose sports ambitions have largely focused on producing documentaries and creating live specials about golf and tennis. This deal kicks off this year with Netflix airing globally two NFL games on Christmas. We’re so excited that the NFL’s Christmas Day games will be only on Netflix,” said Bela Bajaria, Netflix’s chief content officer, in a release. This year’s Christmas Day games will be revealed Wednesday night on the NFL Network and website. The deal means NFL is also partners with all the major US broadcast networks and most major streaming platforms, including a Thursday night game package with Amazon and Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV.

CNN —A daily spoonful of olive oil could lower your risk of dying from dementia, according to a new study by Harvard scientists. Olive oil can be a healthy, tasty addition to foods such as sandwiches and salads. Replacing 5 grams — around 1.2 teaspoons — of margarine or mayonnaise consumed daily with olive oil was associated with an 8% to 14% lower risk of death from dementia. “It is also possible that olive oil has an indirect effect on brain health by benefiting cardiovascular health,” she added. Besides cooking with olive oil, you can also use it to make salad dressings or vinaigrettes, mayonnaise, pesto or bread dip.

And it’s the most inclusive, streamlined way to refer to everyone who, regardless of their gender identity, has certain anatomy or biological abilities. Using gender-inclusive language can create an environment of acceptance, experts say.
